Responsibilities

• Manage standard Workday administrator tasks, including report/dashboard creation, business process configuration, integrations, data setup, feature adoption, and testing releases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support and improve business processes.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment.
• Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Manage system controls aligned with reporting, audit, and control objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation

Relativity offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is $88,000 to $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
