You will oversee operating and capital budgets in Banner, prepare complex financial statements, and support external reports such as ACFR and IPEDS. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of related experience; CPA preferred.
• An equivalent combination of certification, education and experience acceptable to perform the duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure GAAP-compliant accounting and budgeting processes for college-wide operations.
• Develop, manage and reconcile operating and capital budgets using Banner ERP.
• Prepare and present financial statements, cash flow analyses and annual audits (federal/state levels).
• Provide advanced accounting and budgeting support including journal entries and transactions.
• Coordinate external reporting such as ACFR, SEFA, FISAP and IPEDS; support regulators and auditors.
• Advise executive leadership on financial accounting and budgeting decisions.
