Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting and financial management experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, profitability, cash flow, and KPIs; provide recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure financial records and reporting comply with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee inventory valuation, cost accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Maintain banking relationships and manage cash flow.
• Supervise accounting staff and drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
