Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Two years of related work experience with one year in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and fund accounting is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day financial and accounting operations for ACC Foundation and Office of Sponsored Projects.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, reconciliations, and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage IRS Form 990 and external reporting requirements.
• Develop and use reporting tools to support planning, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial activities with organizational goals.
• Oversee procurement activities and financial system administration.
