Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license required.
• Public accounting experience required.
• Experience in a publicly traded, multinational organization preferred.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly consolidation and financial reporting for international operations.
• Oversee global close activities including intercompany transactions and currency reporting.
• Collaborate with international finance teams, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Operations for timely reporting.
• Analyze FX impact and international business trends.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, schedules, and supporting docs.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
