Job summary

Magris Talc in Colorado is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and BI initiatives across North American operations. You will own the annual budget, drive quarterly forecasts, and develop executive dashboards with Power BI and Copilot, partnering with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights.

You will oversee BI standards and data governance, advance AI-enabled planning and automation, and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, business or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• At least seven years in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, and BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly forecasting with operations, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Own monthly management reporting packages and summarize performance metrics.
• Oversee BI leadership: standards, KPI definitions, and self-service reporting.
• Drive AI adoption in finance: automation, workflow improvements, and training.
• Standardize reporting and improve forecasting accuracy across units.
