Job summary

Koenig & Bauer (US) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead corporate controlling, budgeting, and cost analysis. You will drive month-end close, P&L reviews, and data integrity across ERP systems using SAP ByDesign, Salesforce, Jedox, OneStream, and TIP, while leveraging AI to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate controlling, or cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and double-entry accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; able to build complex financial models.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools (SAP ByDesign, Salesforce) and data reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close procedures and comprehensive P&L reviews.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts across cost centers.
• Perform cost accounting tasks including hourly rate determinations and variance analysis.
• Champion AI-driven process improvements to automate finance workflows.
• Manage SAP ByDesign data, support ERP enhancement projects, ensure data integrity.
• Provide analytical support for key accounts and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with the German parent company on financial inquiries and alignments.
