Job summary

Magna Legal Services is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting cycles, and monthly/quarterly management reporting. You will build templates, drive consolidation, and provide variance analysis to inform pricing, margins, and acquisitions.

As a partner to data engineering, you will define requirements for Snowflake, reconcile Snowflake data to the GL, and automate reporting processes. Within six months you will document data sources and complete a reforecast; within twelve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and at least five years of progressive FP&A experience.
Proficiency in SQL, cloud data platforms, and planning tools like NetSuite Planning & Budgeting.
Advanced Excel modeling and ability to reconcile reporting to the general ledger.

Responsibilities

Trace and validate financial data across source systems, reconciling to the general ledger.
Partner with data engineering to define requirements for Snowflake and standardize reporting.
Complete the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting rollout and automate reporting processes.
Own the annual budget and recurring reforecast cycles, including templates and consolidation.
Produce monthly and quarterly management reporting with variance analysis and business drivers.
Define KPIs and support ad hoc analysis for pricing, margin, and acquisitions.
