Job summary

Magris Resources Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst in Greenwood Village, CO to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across North American operations.

You will own the annual budget process, drive quarterly forecasts, and deliver senior leadership-friendly financial summaries. The role also leads BI standards, dashboards, and AI adoption in finance to improve automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, business, or a related field is required.
• An MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation is preferred.
• The role requires at least seven years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating budget process and consolidate site budgets into company-wide reporting packages.
• Oversee treasury functions including cash forecasting and banking management.
• Manage government reporting for compliance including census reporting and tax items.
• Lead quarterly forecasting with operations and support functions.
• Own monthly management reporting packages and summarize financial results.
• Serve as Finance owner for BI initiatives and develop KPI definitions and dashboards.
• Lead AI initiatives in finance and automate reporting processes.
