Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Financial & Regulatory Reporting Associate Manager to lead a team providing accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor, assessing evolving business needs and guiding complex calculations and reconciliations. Located in Philadelphia with opportunities at other sites, the role requires 5+ years in alternative investments, strong Excel and portfolio accounting, and CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the alternative investments industry.
• Strong Excel (intermediate to expert) and portfolio accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients and directs issue resolution and process changes.
• Identifies risk-related issues through data review and implements mitigating solutions.
• Reviews accounting and financial information for audit and tax reviews and sets up accounting principles for complex investment types.
