Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced professional to support accounting, administration and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds, and related products.

You will calculate net asset values, disseminate performance data, and act as primary fund accountant across multiple relationships. The role requires GAAP knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage several tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of related experience, preferably in portfolio/partnership accounting.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compute and record fund accounting functions in GAAP-compliant systems.
• Enter and reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals.
• Allocate fund-level profits to individual investors for statements.
• Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules.
