You will act as a trusted advisor, assess strategies, and guide issue resolution while mitigating risk through data-driven insights. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, with preferred CPA/CFA certification and extensive experience in the investments industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the alternative investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers.
• Assess evolving business strategies and provide expertise and tools to focus on growing investments.
• Act as escalation point, direct issue resolution and implement process changes to support client needs.
• Review accounting and financial statements for audits and tax, and set up accounting principles for unusual investment types.
• Set up and reconcile complex expense and incentive fee calculations.
