Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the alternative investments industry.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio accounting and investment management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing.
• Acts as escalation point and directs issue resolution and process changes.
• Proactively identifies risk-related issues through data review and mitigation.
• Reviews accounting and financial statements for audits and tax reviews.
• Sets up complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
