You will act as trusted advisor to clients, assess changing business needs, and guide solutions to grow investments. In this role you will review accounting and financial data for audits, set up accounting principles for complex investment types, and manage the processing of intricate expense and incentive fee calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and escalate issues for resolution while guiding process changes.
• Review accounting and financial statement information for audit and tax reviews; set up accounting principles for unusual investment types.
• Coordinate setup/processing of complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliation items.
