Assertive Professionals is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support our DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA. This open position offers an employee-centric environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role focuses on project and program management, governance, metrics, and reporting, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, training, calendars, and executive reporting. Onsite work is required at government facilities.

Qualifications

10 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree or 5+ years leading complex projects.
5 years in project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting.
Competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM leadership, and DAWIA/PM methods.
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS and relevant DoD/DoW policies.
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking of English.

Responsibilities

Provide project and program management support using recognized practices.
Analyze and organize information for leadership.
Support change control, governance, metrics, and reporting.
Support onboarding/offboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, correspondence, records, taskers, and executive reporting.
Support events and personnel processes; prepare monthly progress and management reporting.
