Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent business acumen with data-driven insights.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial and strategic advisor to the VP of Global Partnerships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the business through cloud marketplaces.
• Design revenue-share frameworks and co-sell incentives.
• Build analytical frameworks to measure ROI on partner investments.
• Deliver quarterly board-level narratives on partner trends and priorities.
• Lead global partner forecasting and multi-year investment modeling.
• Define and monitor critical partner metrics.
• Evaluate and model non-standard partner contracts.
• Develop financial models for new market expansion.
• Ensure accurate accruals for partner-related financials.
• Collaborate to build scalable reporting infrastructure.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Financial Manager, Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will serve as a key financial and strategic partner to senior leadership within the partnerships organization, helping shape investment decisions and commercial outcomes. You will own forecasting, multi-year planning, and analytical frameworks that inform partner strategy, while supporting scalable reporting and executive-level storytelling. The position also partners closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate complex agreements, measure ROI, and support expansion initiatives across a global partner ecosystem.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,520 – $208,000 annually
