Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Business Financial Manager to support DARPA programs from its Arlington, VA office. The role provides comprehensive financial, programmatic, and admin support, with a focus on budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

The candidate should have a DoD Secret clearance, at least three years of related experience, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work environment offered. Salary ranges from $120k to $180k, with opportunities to influence high‑risk, high‑payoff

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related financial and administrative assistance experience.
• Two (2) years of DARPA experience highly desirable.
• Experience in developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and tracking technical and financial milestones.
• Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Clearance: DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive programmatic, financial, and administrative support to government clients.
• Include financial tracking and analysis, budget preparation/maintenance assistance, solicitation preparation and management, tracking of deliverables and milestones, maintaining schedule and calendar, meeting support, preparation of correspondence, and maintaining files.
