Job summary

Scale Media is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who goes beyond report building to become a data detective of our e-commerce P&L. You will own the truth behind our revenue forecasts and finance plans, building models anchored in reconciled data.

You will partner with Finance and leadership to translate raw transaction data from Stripe, Shopify, and bank deposits into actionable forecasts, scenarios, and dashboard insights that guide growth and profitability across brands and channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data or financial analytics in DTC or consumer businesses.
• Experience building financial forecasts and predictive models.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of cash flows.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Stripe data.
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) and Python; Sigma experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and cash forecasts by brand and channel.
• Develop scenario models and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Build customer and SKU-level predictive models.
• Own P&L, revenue, discounts, refunds, COGS by brand/channel.
• Lead reconciliation across Stripe, Shopify, bank deposits.
• Define business logic; build datasets with dbt/Python.
• Create dashboards in Sigma for Finance and execs.
• Present forecasts to Finance and leadership.
