Job summary

Employer.com is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance and Reporting to support forecasting, revenue, expense, and churn analyses, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, and Operations.

Responsibilities include building forecasting models, integrating data from Salesforce, Redshift, and Tableau, and delivering insights to senior stakeholders to guide budgeting and growth decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Analytics, Sales Forecasting, or Sales Performance & Reporting, ideally SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, financial modeling, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and revenue reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data warehousing tools (Redshift) preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and maintain revenue and churn forecasting models, adapting to market conditions and data trends.
• Integrate data from Salesforce, Redshift, Tableau, and other sources for forecasting and reporting.
