Job summary

Chime Enterprise is seeking a Senior Individual Contributor to define and elevate financial crimes work. You will set standards, lead analysts, and own the hardest investigations end to end, partnering with bank and internal teams to improve coverage and controls.

You will own vendor management, calibrate quality with partners, analyze risk trends, and develop teachable typologies while rolling out new coverage and maintaining thorough SOPs for regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial crime, fraud, or risk investigations in regulated environments.
• Advanced SQL and graph/link analysis capabilities.
• Experience building typologies and scalable risk coverage.
• Experience coaching and leading analysts and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and calibrate a team of financial crimes analysts; drive quality.
• Own vendor management and partner relationships with external teams.
• Analyze risk trends across accounts, devices, and funding sources; map networks.
• Develop and document new typologies and coverage; ensure operational rollout.
• Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews, and address findings with remediation.
