Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Analyst for Financial Crimes & Identity Quality. You will lead quality reviews across AML, fraud, KYC/CDD, and watchlists, evaluating investigations and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and policy compliance. Travel about 10% may be required.

The role offers base salary from $112,000 to $155,000 with bonus eligibility, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Remote work options are not specified; location is Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of banking, risk management or fraud detection/investigation experience.
• ACAMS certification is a plus.
• Experience with fraud and/or AML investigations.
• Experience with KYC/Identity workflows (CDD, watchlist, negative news, EDD).
• Quality assurance or quality control in Financial Crimes/AML/fraud/identity.
• Experience with BPO/vendor investigation teams and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA sampling and reviews across Financial Crimes and Identity workflows.
• Review investigations, documentation and case decisions for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify anomalies, trends and risks from QA findings.
• Communicate defects, policy gaps and coaching opportunities clearly.
• Provide QA feedback and coaching to investigators and teams.
• Support procedure updates and operational improvements with stakeholders.
• Produce quality reports and insights for leadership.
