Job summary

Eaton's Regional Controllership division seeks a Senior Accounting and Controls Analyst in Wisconsin. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards across newly acquired sites.

Responsibilities include GAAP/SOX-adherent reporting, control design and monitoring, and collaboration with operations and global support centers to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• Minimum of two (2) years accounting/finance experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidate must reside within 50 miles of an Eaton site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize errors and fraud.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and local statutory/tax requirements.
• Support site finance leader actions including all closing and accounting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for management.
• Collaborate with operations and global support centers to communicate financial information.
• Identify and implement process improvements for reporting and financial systems.
