Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• A minimum of two (2) years accounting/finance experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of an Eaton site.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Support preparation of financial statements with GAAP/SOX adherence and local statutory/tax compliance.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor control procedures to minimize errors, fraud, and misstatements; ensure proper segregation of duties.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Finance Operations: Support Site Finance Leader actions including all closing and accounting activities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues for management decisions.
• Partnership: Communicate financial information between operations and global support centers; drive actions from data analysis.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency; implement improvements to reporting methods and systems.
• Participate in MESH trainings and comply with site policies and procedures.
