We’re hiring a Senior Financial Controller for a growing, private equity-backed healthcare org. You’ll lead finance across multiple sites and acquisitions. If you’ve helped scale a healthcare MSO, DSO, PPM, or ASC before—this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the financials. Lead accounting, reporting, forecasting, and controls.
• Drive M&A integration. Handle the finance side of deals—before, during, and after acquisition.
• Boost RCM. Make billing and collections more efficient. Improve payer strategy.
• Advise leadership. Turn financials into strategy for the CEO and investors.
• Build for scale. Help set up systems that grow with the business.

What You Bring

• Experience in healthcare finance at an MSO, DSO, PPM, or ASC—especially in fast-growth or PE-backed settings.
• Strong background in acquisitions, financial integration, and multi-site operations.
• Know-how in RCM, payer contracts, and reimbursement models.
• Hands-on with systems like NetSuite, Intacct, Workday, or similar.
• CPA a plus, but not required.
