We seek an experienced and business-focused Finance Professional to join our team in this key position.
This role oversees the organization's accounting and finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, internal controls and compliance, risk management, strategic financial planning and analysis, oversight of multiple accounting/finance operations/functions and leadership across departments, ensuring financial reporting accuracy, compliance with accounting standards and regulations and strategic alignment with business objectives. Brings a strong strategic mindset, hands-on leadership and a passion for optimizing workflows through innovative solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
This position oversees all day-to-day accounting and finance operations and demands a seasoned professional with exceptional financial acumen, business insight and interpersonal skills to support and align with the company’s growth and operational goals. A critical focus of this position is the integration of technology and automation to streamline financial systems, enhance reporting accuracy and support data-driven decision-making.
The VP Finance & Controller is a key member of the leadership team reporting to the CFO and responsible for the Financial Accounting, Financial Services and Revenue Accounting teams, driving financial strategy, accounting operational excellence with best-in-class systems and controls and scalable processes across the organization while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications Include:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 20+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing accounting and financial operations. Experience in service-oriented business (mid-sized organization) preferred.

FINANCIAL EXPERTISE: Deep knowledge of financial accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance. Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex financial reports and analyses.

TECHNOLOGY: Strong skills with integrated enterprise systems and advanced proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools; ability to visualize and explain data and to understand the underlying business processes and systems that flow into the accounting tools. High proficiency with technology and systems and workflows with experience driving process improvements through automation to eliminate manual work and ensure operational efficiency.
