Raymond James seeks a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, their clients, and branch staff. The role demands strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, open new client accounts, and assist with client reporting and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 3+ years in financial services.
• Strong communication across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Proactive problem solving and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume client inquiries and scheduling for prospective and existing clients.
• Open and maintain client accounts, track contacts and prepare reports for advisors.
• Process documents for insurance, distributions, and retirement accounts as required.
• Assist Advisors with marketing materials, website updates, and LinkedIn postings.
• Create and maintain client records using CRM software; ensure accuracy before submission.
