Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. The role requires handling diverse inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with marketing efforts and client-facing events.

The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, leveraging CRM tools and Excel for reporting while delivering professional service across channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years securities industry experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve high volume of daily client interactions via phone, email, in-person, and mailings.
• Process client financial transactions and manage advisor/branch expenses.
• Open new client accounts and verify client and security information.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to support servicing existing clients and prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records and generate client-specific reports.
• Assist Advisors with marketing events and client-facing seminars.
• Engage in training and professional development to stay current with firm policies.
