Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate to join our team. This role provides high quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, their prospective and existing clients, and branch staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills across multiple platforms and the ability to organize, manage, and track multiple tasks with changing priorities and deadlines while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• 0 to 3 months general experience listed as baseline.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume client interactions via phone, email, in-person and virtual channels.
• Process client financial transactions and prepare reports for advisors.
• Open new client accounts and verify information in CRM/databases.
• Assist with marketing events and client communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance readiness.
