Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve a high volume of client interactions by phone, in person, and email.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Process client financial transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information in CRM systems.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports to support servicing and prospecting.
• Create business summary and client-specific reports for advisors.
