Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. The role demands strong organization, communication across platforms, and accurate handling of client data and transactions.

Responsibilities include client interactions, account maintenance, and supporting marketing efforts while collaborating with branch staff in a fast-paced environment. Education and experience in securities are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years securities industry or related work experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Services a high volume of daily interactions with clients on the phone, in person, virtually and via mailings.
• Provides essential support to financial advisors and branch office staff.
• Processes client financial transactions and expenses with high accuracy.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client and security information using internal databases.
• Ensures client paperwork is accurate prior to submission and processing.
• Creates letters, forms and reports to support servicing existing clients and prospecting new clients.
• Maintains CRM records and supports marketing events for client outreach.
• Entrusted to enter orders at the direction of the Financial Advisor.
