Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of financial services experience or equivalent.
• SIE and Series 7 licenses required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact to service a high volume of client interactions via phone, in person, or virtual.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts; research client and security information in internal systems.
• Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts and client events; track and report performance metrics.
