Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff. The role requires strong organization, communication across multiple platforms, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will support client onboarding, prepare reports, and assist with marketing events while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all paperwork and transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high volume client interactions via phone, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Support Financial Advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks.
• Process client transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information in databases.
• Ensure client paperwork meets firm and industry requirements before submission.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports for servicing and prospecting clients.
• Create and maintain client reports and summaries for advisors.
• Utilize CRM to manage records and client communications.
• Assist with marketing events and client-facing seminars.
• Participate in training and professional development to stay updated.
