Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a senior Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to provide comprehensive program management oversight to NGA program offices. You will analyze cross-program activities and translate technical progress into clear communications for stakeholders and senior leaders.

The role is on-site at NGA Washington and surrounding facilities and requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD/IC lifecycle experience, and the ability to integrate resources to achieve

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant DoD/IC program management experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access; #qinetiqclearedjob
• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to multiple program efforts by performing integrated cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance analyses.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex progress into clear reports for leadership.
• Lead development of strategic resource integration plans to meet long-term program objectives.
• Analyze internal and external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts; provide actionable recommendations to government program managers.
• Prepare for senior management reviews by developing briefing materials and coordinating action items
