You will analyze financial metrics, prepare monthly reports, and assist in renewal negotiations while delivering strategic insights to guide benefit changes. The role requires strong analytical skills, vendor relationship knowledge, and 3–5 years of related experience, with expert Excel and Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking from industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
• Strong knowledge of relationships with vendors.
• Microsoft Excel – Strong expert level skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial reporting for client books and dashboards.
• Assist in preparing renewal proposals and plan changes.
• Support in financial and utilization analysis for client reviews.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and meetings.
• Demographic analysis, claims reviews, and other project work for prospects.
