Job summary

Augmentis is assisting a leading aerospace and industrial gas turbine components manufacturer in Southern California's Inland Empire. The Financial Analyst role includes budget, forecast, month-end close, and internal control testing, with a chance to contribute to pricing and profitability analysis.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in accounting, plus strong analytical skills, cross-functional communication, and experience with Epicor/Oracle/Hyperion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with financial accounting, cost accounting, analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills; able to synthesize data and act decisively.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; capable of cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and weekly updates, analyze results.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Conduct SOX-related internal control testing and compliance.
• Analyze variances in manufacturing costs affecting job costing and pricing.
