Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide key financial support to a manufacturing plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes. The role supports cross-functional budgets and internal control testing, with a relocation package offered for Southern California relocation.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in accounting/finance, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Epicor, Oracle, and Hyperion experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to synthesize data and make calls with incomplete information.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally beyond accounting/finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial forecasts, weekly forecast updates, and analysis of financial and operational results.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Perform SOX/compliance-related self-assessments and audits.
• Review and report monthly manufacturing variances and plant expenses affecting job costing.
