Job summary

Augmentis is assisting a publicly traded aero/industrial gas turbine components leader to fill a Financial Analyst role in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with a full relocation package. The position provides key financial support including budget, forecast, month-end close, and internal control testing, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive cost management and profitability.

A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of accounting experience are required, with ERP familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an accounting role, with formal training in financial accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills — able to synthesize data and make calls without complete information.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; cross-functional collaboration beyond accounting/finance.
• Epicor, Oracle, and Hyperion experience a plus.
• U.S. person status is required (ITAR).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts, weekly forecast updates, and analysis of financial and operational results.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Conduct self-assessment audits and SOX compliance.
• Review and report monthly manufacturing variances and plant expenses affecting job costing.
• Support budgeting and periodic reporting of key metrics.
• Assist auditors on facility audits.
• Report actual financial results to the corporate office monthly.
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with other accounting tasks.
