Job summary

Augmentis Group is sourcing a Financial Analyst to support the plant with the annual budget, monthly forecast, and month-end close. The role involves financial reporting, cost analysis, and internal control testing, with relocation assistance and a staged remote start of 30–60 days.

You bring a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in accounting, with strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills. ITAR considerations and U.S. person status apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience with emphasis on financial accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; ability to synthesize data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally beyond accounting/finance.
• U.S. person status and legal authorization to work in the U.S., no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial forecasts and analyses of financial and operational results.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Conduct self-assessment audits and ensure SOX compliance.
• Review and report monthly manufacturing variances and plant expenses affecting job costing.
• Support cross-functional budgeting and periodic reporting of key metrics.
• Assist auditors during facility audits and internal controls evaluations.
• Analyze pricing and profitability factors for products/services.
• Report actual results and performance measures to corporate office.
• Prepare and post journal entries and handle other accounting tasks.
