Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in accounting/financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze financial results.
• Perform account reconciliations and cost analyses.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls testing.
• Assist in budgeting and variance reporting for manufacturing costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost improvements and pricing analysis.
• Operate journal entries and general ledger tasks.
