Augmentis is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical financial support for the Inland Empire plant, including budgeting, forecasts, month-end close, and variance analysis. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and balance sheet analysis for the plant.
• Perform reconciliations, cost and inventory analysis, and variance reviews.
• Support SOX compliance and internal/external audits.
• Assist budgeting, reporting, and management with key metrics.
