Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group seeks a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our US FP&A team, supporting Retail Stores and E-commerce operations. You will partner with Sales, Retail Ops, Marketing and HR to deliver financial insights that shape decisions and drive performance.

Based in Florida, you will own budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and reporting, turning complex data into clear actions.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience in retail or luxury goods is preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing and HR.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing and HR to drive financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end close processes for U.S. FP&A.
• Analyze variances and provide insights to improve store and e-commerce performance.
• Translate high-volume data into executive-level insights and presentations.
• Collaborate across finance and non-finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
