The Watches of Switzerland Group USA is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to support showroom operations, standardize processes, and drive efficiency across our retail network. You will partner with Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Asset Protection, and Client Services to deliver clear guidance for showrooms and boutiques.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail administration and operational processes.
• Excellent planning, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
