Job summary

Brobston Group in the United States seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A for retail stores and e-commerce, partnering with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing and HR to deliver financial insights and actionable recommendations that bolster performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel including financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivots, lookups, and large datasets.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Retail, luxury goods, omnichannel, or consumer products experience highly desired.
