Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group seeks a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our US FP&A team, supporting Retail Stores and E-commerce operations. You will partner with Sales, Retail Ops, Marketing and HR to deliver financial insights that shape decisions and drive performance.

Based in Florida, you will own budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and reporting, turning complex data into clear actions.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience in retail or luxury goods is preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing and HR.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our U.S. FP&A team supporting Retail Stores and E-commerce operations. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role serves as a key finance business partner to Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing and HR, providing financial insights that drive decision-making and business performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment and combines strong financial planning, forecasting and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations to drive performance.

Flexibility to support business needs is expected, including occasional meetings or activities outside of standard business hours when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis and financial planning processes
• Solid understanding of month-end close processes, accrual accounting and management reporting
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems (SAP preferred) and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, lookups and large dataset analysis
• Experience synthesizing high-volume transactional data into meaningful analyses and executive-level presentations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively partner with both finance and non-finance team members
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business partnering capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities and coordinate workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement and process enhancement
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A and / or corporate finance
• Proven experience in retail, luxury goods, omnichannel or consumer products is highly desired
• Expertise with ERP and business intelligence platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, Cognos, BW and Power BI
