Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the U.S. FP&A team supporting Retail Stores and E-commerce operations.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role partners with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing and HR to provide financial insights that drive decision-making and business performance. Flexibility to support business needs is expected, including outside-hours when required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management
• Month-end close, accrual accounting and management reporting
• ERP and reporting systems (SAP preferred) and Power BI
• Advanced Excel: financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivots and large datasets
• Synthesis of high-volume transactional data into executive-level presentations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong business partnering
• 4+ years FP&A/corporate finance
• Retail/luxury/omnichannel experience desired
• ERP/BI platforms: SAP, Dynamics AX, Oracle, Cognos, BW, Power BI

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing and HR to provide financial insights
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to drive performance
• Support FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting and monthly close
• Coordinate workstreams across multiple stakeholders; manage deadlines
