The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for our USA showrooms to drive efficiency, standardize processes, and enhance client experiences. This on-site role partners with Leadership, Inventory Control, Finance, IT and Facilities to implement standards, tools, training and communications.

Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, you will help set up teams, contribute to system improvements, and travel to locations across the USA to support setup, training and

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in luxury retail industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to locations within USA.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up showroom operations and standardize processes.
• Develop and implement standards, tools, training and communications.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership, Inventory Control, Finance, IT, Asset Protection and Facilities.
• Assist in system improvement initiatives and implementations.
