Job summary
Swingtech is seeking a Financial Analyst to perform financial, credit, statistical, and portfolio-risk analyses supporting SBA oversight of participating 7(a) lenders. The analyst will evaluate lender performance, delegated-authority eligibility, and regulatory developments to develop accurate workpapers, reports, and recommendations.
The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and ability to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of specialized financial, credit, portfolio, banking, regulatory, or government experience.
- 3+ years of progressive financial-risk or lender-oversight experience for senior roles.
- Experience evaluating financial condition, creditworthiness, repayment capacity, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience preparing analytical workpapers, reports, memoranda, and briefing materials.
- Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze SBA lender performance and risk.
- Support delegated-authority renewals and related actions.
- Plan and conduct Desktop Reviews and related risk assessments.
- Evaluate lender eligibility and continued delegated authority.
- Develop analytical workpapers, reports, charts, and briefings.
