Qualifications

• Minimum four years of SBA lending/underwriting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business/economics/finance with strong accounting background.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review credit packages and underwriting submissions for SBA 7(a) and 504 loans.
• Coordinate with closing department for changes and third-party reports.
• Interact with principals to answer questions and address concerns.
• Prepare narrative credit writeups for approval and commit/declination letters.
• Present credit requests to EB&T credit committee as needed.
• Prepare transaction spreadsheets and financial analyses.
