Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically six or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SBA loan programs including underwriting and monitoring.
• Familiarity with SBA SOP 50 10, 50 55 and 50 57 requirements.
• Strong credit analysis and analytical skills.
• Background in economics, accounting, or finance.
• Effective technical report writing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with a variety of software packages.
• Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approve the extension of credit and/or make recommendations on loans.
• Conduct complete credit analyses and interpret credit information.
• Review customer accounts and portfolios for risk and action.
• Use tools to compare courses of action and make recommendations.
