1st Security Bank is seeking an experienced credit analyst to conduct comprehensive credit analysis on existing and prospective borrowers within the Commercial Lending group.

You will prepare loan requests, analyze financial statements, and structure SBA 7(a) and 504 credits while supporting Relationship Managers and Team Leaders. A strong, collaborative mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required or equivalent
• Five to seven years of experience in credit underwriting, loan structuring, policy analysis and portfolio management
• Five to seven years of sales and customer service experience in financial services
• Exposure to SBA products and procedures is a plus
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, AML policies and related regulations

Mansioni

• Prepare and present credit requests for lending decisions.
• Maintain control over credit standings and respond to inquiries.
• Knowledge of commercial, construction and real estate credit analysis.
• Demonstrate strong financial statement spreading and projections evaluation.
• Manage loan and portfolio credit quality through covenant, risk rating and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with team to organize and manage a tickler system on loan relationships.
• Structure, analyze SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 credit requests.
• Monitor accounts to minimize risk and ensure documentation quality.
